Video & social production

We combine a documentary perspective on people and subjects with over 15 years of video marketing experience. Development, production and marketing inform one another, connecting compelling work with lasting audience relationships and the goals of your business.

01 / Approach

Distinctive work, designed to reach people.

We start with what you want to communicate, who you want to reach and what you hope will change. Words and moments discovered through research become the heart of the work, shaped around audience interests and the setting in which it will be seen. Even in short or vertical video, we retain a sense of the person and subject while giving viewers a reason to watch.

Audience response helps us assess results and find new directions for the work. Discoveries made during production inform how it reaches people; what we learn from viewers feeds back into development and production. This exchange helps us build towards lasting relationships and sustained results, beyond a single view.

LORE / CREATE / LEARN / CONTINUE
Development Production Marketing Shared learning Towards sustained results
Development, production and marketing inform one another. Shared learning shapes the next work and how it reaches people, building towards sustained results.
02 / Formats & platforms

Shape the work for its setting

Short & vertical video
Framing, duration, sound and captions for TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts, with a structure that communicates the person and subject on a small screen.
Programmes & series
Programmes and recurring work for YouTube and other outlets. We develop episode subjects and a series structure, then research, film and edit.
Versions for different settings
A longer piece and a short film may grow from the same research; horizontal and vertical versions may need different structures. Each version is considered as a piece of work in its own right.
03 / Production & operation

Connect production and operation

Programme & channel design
Purpose, audience, recurring themes, episode ideas, publishing cadence and production responsibilities, for a new channel or an existing programme.
Research, filming & editing
Research, interview and episode planning, recording and editing, with preparation and review suited to the format.
Publishing preparation
Titles, thumbnails, descriptions and the release calendar. Upload responsibilities and account access are agreed as part of the scope.
Review & improvement
Alongside retention, clicks and traffic sources, we agree on measures relevant to the goal, such as awareness, understanding or enquiries. Available data and audience feedback inform the next subject, structure and publishing approach.
04 / Working rhythm

Make, publish, learn.

  1. Share goals and context

We review the audience, existing videos and internal responsibilities. For active channels, relevant performance data can inform the conversation.

  2. Define the programme and scope

We propose a programme, volume, cadence, approval flow and review approach, adjusted to the budget and available team.

  3. Produce, publish and review

Production and publishing follow the agreed scope. Audience response feeds back into the next episode, with a sustainable operating rhythm.

05 / Questions

About video production and management

What does channel management include?

The scope can include publishing plans, titles and thumbnails, upload coordination and performance reviews. Volume, responsibilities and reporting frequency are agreed individually. Comment moderation and advertising are not included by default.

Can I commission one video or bring an existing channel?

Yes. For a single video we define the purpose and necessary stages; for an existing channel we identify what needs to change in the programme, production or operation.

Is there a fixed price or contract term?

No fixed price or contract term is published. Estimates depend on volume, filming days, editing and operational scope. You do not need a final budget to make an initial enquiry.
