YouTube production & channel management
YouTube programme development, research, filming and editing, through to publishing and channel management. We define the audience and purpose, then use the response to inform the next production.
Give people a reason to watch.
Interviews and conversations, documentaries following people at work, or recurring explorations of culture: we shape both the individual episode and the ongoing series around its subjects and speakers.
For a company channel, we clarify its role: introducing the business, supporting recruitment or deepening understanding of a subject. Views are one signal, not the sole definition of reaching the right people.
Connect production and operation
- Programme & channel design
- Purpose, audience, recurring themes, episode ideas, publishing cadence and production responsibilities, for a new channel or an existing programme.
- Research, filming & editing
- Research, interview and episode planning, recording and editing, with preparation and review suited to the format.
- Publishing preparation
- Titles, thumbnails, descriptions and the release calendar. Upload responsibilities and account access are agreed as part of the scope.
- Review & improvement
- Reviewing retention, clicks and traffic sources against the programme’s purpose, then informing future topics, structure and presentation.
Make, publish, learn.
Share goals and context
We review the audience, existing videos and internal responsibilities. For active channels, relevant performance data can inform the conversation.
Define the programme and scope
We propose a programme, volume, cadence, approval flow and review approach, adjusted to the budget and available team.
Produce, publish and review
Production and publishing follow the agreed scope. Audience response feeds back into the next episode, with a sustainable operating rhythm.
About YouTube production and management
What does channel management include?
The scope can include publishing plans, titles and thumbnails, upload coordination and performance reviews. Volume, responsibilities and reporting frequency are agreed individually. Comment moderation and advertising are not included by default.
Can I commission one video or bring an existing channel?
Yes. For a single video we define the purpose and necessary stages; for an existing channel we identify what needs to change in the programme, production or operation.
Is there a fixed price or contract term?
No fixed price or contract term is published. Estimates depend on volume, filming days, editing and operational scope. You do not need a final budget to make an initial enquiry.
Do you guarantee views or subscriber growth?
No. We agree on measures suited to the channel’s goals and use them to improve the programme and its operation; specific outcomes are not guaranteed.
