OVERVIEW
Cultural Series
Talks, documentaries and events immersed in culture.
Cultural Intoxication is a series that explores people, works and events in depth, tracing both their historical context and the ideas that shape them.
Talk events with Yasunao Yoshida and Akari Hasegawa were held in May and June 2026 respectively. For each event, a companion booklet of around 20 pages exploring its subject in greater depth was produced and distributed at the venue.
The series is now developing talks and documentaries for online release. One work in production is カセットテープの民族誌, which explores why cassette tapes hold value through visits to the people and places around them.
